Samantha Embry is an accomplished associate attorney at our law firm, hailing from Lincoln,
Alabama. With an impressive educational background and diverse professional experience, Samantha brings a unique perspective to her practice. Samantha obtained her undergraduate degree from Alabama State University in 2003, where she excelled academically and developed a passion for justice and advocacy.
Following her undergraduate studies, she worked as an insurance adjuster for approximately ten years. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into the insurance industry and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in resolving legal disputes. Driven by her desire to make a more significant impact in her community, Samantha pursued her law degree at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she graduated with honors in 2017.
Since then, she has been dedicated to fighting for the rights of individuals and families in various legal matters, including personal injury, insurance claims, family law and civil litigation.
As a devoted mother of three children, Samantha understands the importance of fostering critical thinking and effective communication skills. She takes pride in her children, who have
inherited her passion for debate and excel in expressing their perspectives. Samantha’s ability to analyze complex issues and construct compelling arguments is an invaluable asset to her
clients.
Outside of the legal realm, Samantha enjoys staying active and pursuing her hobbies. She is an avid softball player, finding solace and camaraderie on the field. Additionally, Samantha has a flair for baking, channeling her creativity into delicious treats for her family and friends. Her green thumb extends to gardening, where she finds relaxation and fulfillment in cultivating beautiful plants and tending to her outdoor space. Recognizing the importance of professional growth and community engagement, Samantha is an active member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA). Through GABWA, she fosters connections with fellow legal professionals and contributes to the advancement of women of color in the legal field.
Furthermore, Samantha has been a dedicated Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) advocate, providing a voice for children in the foster care system and advocating for their best interests. This experience has heightened her empathy and reinforced her commitment to serving those in need.
